The "Service Provider" (Techm4sters - techm4sters.org) provides its service called Protech (the "Service") to you subject to the following Terms of Service (the "TOS"), which may be updated by us without any notice to you. You agree that you fully understand and agree with "TOS", otherwise you are not allowed to use the "Service".

You agree that your usage of the "Service", more specifically your IP address and corresponding usage time, will be logged by the "Service provider". In case of any misuse or malicious use of the "Service", this information may be used by the "Service Provider" to take legal actions against you in cooperation with legal authorities.

You understand that the purpose of the "Service" is to provide means to test security of computers and networks and other simillar machines (the "Target (s)") connected to the internet, to better provide administrators a better way to configure and secure their machines.

You agree that you are exclusively responsible for any consequences of the use of service. You agree that you are exclusively responsible for any damages this service can cause to the "Target (s)".

The "Service Provider" makes no representations about the suitability of this service for any purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty.

THE "SERVICE PROVidER" DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE "SERVICE", INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE "SERVICE PROVidER" BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS "SERVICE".
